We believe you’ll be thrilled with our product. That’s because we go out of our way to ensure each product is designed and built to be just what you want.

(1)For quality problems, the product can be returned within two years and the BUYER bears the freight back and forth.
(2)Discounted products are not returnable.
(3)No compensation for damage caused by human factors or improper use.
(4)All customized products do not support returns.

 

How to return

Prior to shipping your item back to Relax Tech., you must contact our customer service through razor@fsrelax.com. Customer Service will give you the return address. To avoid damage during the return, it is required that you ship any return to Relax Tech. in its original packaging. You must ship any product to the address given to you.

 

Refunds

The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method. And you bear the processing fee for the purchase. When we receive the goods you sent back to ensure that there is no secondary damage and complete, we will refund you in 14 business days.
